Staff
Dr. Joseph R. Rogalinski 
Dr. Joseph Rogalinski grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse in 1992. He then accepted a commission in the United States Army, and served three years before enrolling in the University of Houston College of Optometry. Upon graduation in 1999, he and his wife moved to San Antonio. Dr. Rogalinski has practiced optometry in the United States Army and Air Force, with NATO forces in Kosovo, the Department of Veteran Affairs, and has participated in numerous humanitarian missions. He is an active member in the Bexar County Optometric Society, Armed Forces Optometric Society, and American Optometric Association. His free time is generally spent enjoying the Texas Hill Country with his wife and four sons.
Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen
Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen is a Louisiana native, and proud LSU alumnus having graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999 with a degree in Microbiology. She then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry and graduated with honors in 2006. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the Bexar County Optometric Society, Texas Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association.
Tracie Rogalinski
Tracie Rogalinski, Business Director for Eye-Deal Vision, P.A., grew up in San Antonio and graduated from William Howard Taft High School. She continued her education at Texas A&M University-College Station and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Tracie has worked in the financial and data/communications industries with emphasis on client relationship management and sales. Tracie and Dr. Rogalinski, started Eye-Deal Vision, P.A. in February 2005 from design through implementation, and now three locations. Most recently, Tracie was honored with the Aggie 100 Award for 2010. Tracie enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking/camping with her husband and four sons.
